What it made.
What we made from one class talk

One class talk, recorded once. Reels came out of it, with captions. Six are shown here.
Each reel was made from the talk itself.
A typed request, and three ways it can look

A request typed in plain words. The same slide, shown in three of the five looks, in a demo client’s voice.
Live demo of 28 October. Reviewed before anything was published.
What one run made.
One idea in, three pieces out, and a decision from me at each step before anything was applied.
One run, 11 October, on my own material. I gave the Suite an idea. It made three pieces: an article of about 600 words, a seven-slide carousel, and a text-only video of about 40 seconds. It stopped for a decision at each step, and nothing was published.
What changed before the Suite applied it:
Seven slides. Slide 3 now says the drafts come from “the material you give it”. Slide 7 became “Making five is easier with a system.”
Text only, about 40 seconds. Five of the eight lines were replaced. The first draft opened “Your clients don’t pay you to post.”
Each change went through me before the Suite applied it.

Two runs on real material.
Open either one and check it yourself.
A whole bookI had my own book, Are You Actually Hungry?, read end to end. The breakdown lists every term I defined, the places where the text leaves a question for the author, and ten lines worth posting. Every quote in the glossary and the ten lines was checked against the book, word for word.
A folderGabe ran Map My Folder on one of his own folders. It reads a folder so the next reader opens one file, not all of them. It writes a short list, then one card per part, each saying what breaks if you change it.
Each is one run. The book is mine, not a customer’s.
The same evening, two ways
Tonight, as it is
- Dinner goes cold while you finish the post.
- Sunday night is the week’s captions.
- You close the laptop when it is done.
Tonight, with The Quiet Scribe
- You said it once, earlier.
- You read the drafts.
- You approve what is right, then close it.
The work still gets made. You just stop being the one who stays up to make it.

Who it’s for.
You’ve spent years learning something, and people already pay you for it.
You have a backlog: the book, the course, the video pieces you meant to make once there was a quiet week.
You want help doing the work, not help skipping it, and you’d rather it still sound like you.
How it works
- You talk, or type.
- The AI team drafts.
- You approve each step. Nothing goes out until you say so.
Your attention goes back to the people you teach.
That is what the work is built for.
Two ways in
Not ready for the Suite? Start with the part that posts.
Scribe Hands is the smallest thing on this page. It does one job. You name a finished video and one typed command uploads it to your YouTube channel. For Instagram, you give it an image and its caption once the image sits at a public web address, and it posts that. Then a second command asks your account directly and tells you whether the post is there.
It is $7 as a founding beta. It arrives as a ZIP you run with commands, and so far it has run on a Mac. On Windows? Write to us. For Suite buyers it arrives inside the Suite folder.
Why start here, and how the two connect →
Why start here. You may have finished pieces already, sitting in a folder, and nothing left to make. Or you may want to see whether handing off one step suits you before you spend $297. Seven dollars finds that out. Hands needs nothing from the Suite. Buy it, use it, and leave if that's all you wanted.
How the two connect. The Suite's workers make the pieces: the chapters, the posts, the images, the launch text. Marketing writes the launch text and posts none of it. Hands is the step that posts. Scribe Hands is also in the Suite's folder, so the $297 includes it. The $7 Hands is for someone who wants only the posting step.
The Quiet Scribe Suite.
One payment for the Suite. Monthly updates are separate: the first three months are complimentary, from the day you buy, and after that nothing charges unless you say yes.
You need your own Claude: an Anthropic API key (billed to you by use), or Claude Code signed in with your own account. The Suite does not include either. Built and tested on Claude; not tested on other AIs.
The founding price ends after the first 100 Suite sales.
The Suite is one payment.

What do these jobs cost you?
Type what you paid or were quoted. Leave blank what you do yourself.
Writes the questions, the outline and the chapters out of your answers. Your words, your order: it drafts, you decide.
Reads what has been said on your subject and goes back over each chapter asking whether it is true. It finds and checks; it does not decide what you think.
Makes the cover, aiming for something you would pick up. The cover is yours to approve, every time.
Puts the finished parts into files that open on a phone, a laptop or an e-reader.
Turns a finished chapter into words in motion, every word verbatim. Needs ffmpeg installed before it runs.
Writes the description, an announcement and a set of posts in your voice. Text only: it posts nothing.
Your numbers, added up. We have put none of our own in. Nothing you type leaves this page.

What you’ll need
Built and tested on Claude. We have not tested the Suite on ChatGPT, Codex or Grok, so we cannot say it runs there.
A few things to have ready, and then you’re on your way.
The basics
- A Mac. The Suite is built and tested on a Mac today. On Windows? Write to us before you buy: we’ll tell you straight whether it will work for you, and set it up with you if it will.
- Node. It runs the Suite’s own window. It’s a button on nodejs.org, and setup walks you through it.
- Chrome or Chromium. Design, Builder and Video use it, and setup doesn’t install it, so have it on the machine.
- ffmpeg, for Video. It needs to be installed before Video runs.
If you’d like to answer out loud
- A one-time audio setup in Terminal: a speech engine, ffmpeg and a speech model, a few hundred megabytes. Until you’ve run it, you type.
Already in the box
- Every worker, ready in the folder.
- The book path from start to finish: your angle, then a finished PDF and EPUB, with a cover.
- A test in the box: make a chapter in your voice, checked, plus a cover, on a machine that’s never seen it.
- Seven questions, answered in your own words. Your answers are written into your brand file for you.
- Where your files go: they stay in a folder on your computer. To write, the workers send text to Anthropic, and Research’s web searches go out when you ask it to look something up. If you use Scribe Hands, it sends your posts to YouTube or Instagram.
For posting with Scribe Hands
Each of these is yours to arrange, and only for the platforms you use.
- Python 3. Setup builds the small Python environment Scribe Hands runs in. If your Mac asks you to install its command line developer tools, install them and run setup again.
- For YouTube: a Google account that already has a YouTube channel, and a free Google Cloud project with its sign-in screen, which you create yourself.
- For Instagram (optional): an Instagram Business or Creator account (a personal account won’t work), and your own free app on Meta’s developer site, signed in with a Facebook login, no Facebook Page needed. You save one key in a file on your Mac, and you make these steps yourself.
- A home for your Instagram images and videos. Instagram takes only a public web address, never a file from your computer, so you host the image or video where it has one. You arrange that yourself.
- Terminal. The Scribe Hands steps run in it.
- Your Mac on and awake at post times. Scribe Hands posts from your own computer, so it needs your Mac there when a post is due.
- The scheduler, installed once. A small scheduler checks for posts that are due every 15 minutes. You install it one time, and after that it keeps checking.
Questions
Do I have to speak, or can I type?
You can do either. Answering out loud needs a one-time audio setup; until then you type.
Does it write the book for me?
No. You answer its questions first. Content then drafts chapters from your answers, in your order, and you read every one.
What does it cost?
$297 for founding members, listed at $497. The founding price ends after the first 100 Suite sales. The Suite is one payment. The first three months of updates are complimentary, from the day you buy. Founding members of the Suite get an early-buyer rate on updates after that. We email you the rate before anything starts, and nothing charges unless you say yes. Your options: continue updates at the early-buyer rate; stop updates and keep the Suite (nothing in it switches off); or pause and rejoin later at the early-buyer rate. A new build reaches your inbox each month, with new features, enhancements and maintenance. Scribe Hands is $7 and has its own page.
Can’t I just use ChatGPT or Claude with a good prompt?
For one chapter, often yes. A prompt carries what you typed into it and nothing else, so the trouble starts when the book needs a second tool or a second week. The Suite keeps your answers, your brand file and each worker’s output in one folder. Content’s chapters and Design’s cover go to Builder, and you aren’t the one pasting between them. What you add is the folder and the handoffs.
Will it sound like me?
It’s built to work from your words, not from a general idea of your subject. You answer the questions out loud, Transcriber turns that into material and may cut a stumble but may not improve a sentence, and Content writes chapters from those answers in your order. Answering out loud needs a one-time audio setup; until then you type. You read every chapter, and the cover is yours to approve.
Where do my files go?
Your files stay in a folder on your computer. The Suite never sends us your files or your work. What the workers send to Anthropic to write goes out, and so do the web searches Research makes when you ask it to look something up. If you use Scribe Hands, it sends your posts to YouTube or Instagram. There’s no Quiet Scribe account to log into and no dashboard.
Is this an app I log into?
No. It’s a folder of workers that sits on your own machine. No account, no dashboard, no trial that expires. You can open every file in it and read the instructions each worker follows — they’re plain text, and when one is wrong you fix it with a keyboard.
What do I need before I start?
One thing, and setup walks you through it. Node runs the Suite’s own window, so nothing opens without it; it’s a button on nodejs.org and you never open it yourself. The Suite is one payment.
Does anything else need installing?
A few parts need one more thing each. Audio is a one-time setup in Terminal (a speech engine, ffmpeg and a speech model, a few hundred megabytes); until you run it, you hand Transcriber text. Video needs ffmpeg installed before it runs. Design, Builder and Video need a local Chrome or Chromium; setup doesn’t install it. The typographic cover is built and needs only Chrome. A Mac. The Suite is built and tested on a Mac today. On Windows? Write to us before you buy: we’ll tell you straight whether it will work for you, and set it up with you if it will.
What should the picture do?
Fifty ways an image can carry a line, sorted by the job they do. Pick a few and it writes a brief you can hand to an editor.

Get your words drafted and your cover made, then post what you’ve finished.
Three of the Suite's workers and Scribe Hands, without the rest of the Suite.
The four work together. The Conductor sets up the calendar from your choices; you approve; Scribe Hands posts.
The full Suite adds Research, Transcriber, Builder, Video and Marketing.
- The Conductor. Start here, or go straight to the worker you want. It passes the work on and never writes your content.
- Content. Asks you the questions first. Once you’ve answered them, it drafts the material in your voice. Your words, your order: it drafts, you decide.
- Design. The cover and the visual surface of the document. The cover is yours to approve, every time.
- Scribe Hands. Posts a finished video to YouTube with one typed command, or an image with its caption to Instagram, and a second command checks the post is there. Instagram takes the image from a public web address.
What’s inside, and what the full Suite adds →
What you get
The Conductor. Start here, or go straight to the worker you want. It passes the work on and never writes your content.
Content. Writes you the questions before a word of the book exists. After you've answered them, it drafts the material in your voice. Your words, your order: it drafts, you decide.
Design. The cover and the visual surface of the document. The cover is yours to approve, every time.
Scribe Hands. Publishes a finished video to your YouTube channel with one typed command, or an image with its caption to Instagram when the image has a public web address. A second command checks the account and tells you whether the post is there.
What is not in it
Research, Transcriber, Builder, Video and Marketing are in the full Suite and not in this pack. Builder, the worker that assembles your PDF and EPUB, comes with the full Suite.
I was the slow one in this story for years.
You can say the thing perfectly across a table and lose it when the document is blank and the room is quiet.
I published three books the old way, over a year on each. The five after that took forty-five days between them; the most recent took three.
