The food that sustains you isn't always on your plate.
Two people sit down to the same meal. One walks away lifted, the other flat. Four other places to look: Movement, Money, Intimacy, Purpose.

Why this exists
Nothing is wrong with either person. What suits you today, you may avoid next year.
The plate is not always the place to start. Sometimes another part of your day is thin: the way you move, the work you do, the closeness at home, what you are for. You can see it that way and be a little less hard on yourself.
What it is like
You watch a short video. In each one I start with something true from my own life: a broken ankle, a restaurant I left, my years at Miraval working alongside couples, and what purpose means to me. I tell you what happened to me. You decide what it means for you.
Then you do one small thing, in your own words. Nobody grades it. Nobody sees it unless you share it in the check-in, and I reply within 24 hours.
What you end up with
- The four named in your own words.
- One you chose to look at first.
- A self-check and a desire list of your own to come back to.
Who is teaching
I have practised yoga since 1994 and have taught for pay since 2001 (my first paid class was in March 2001, in Atlanta). I am an IIN graduate. The idea of primary food comes from Joshua Rosenthal and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. The videos are narrated by an AI voice; the stories are mine.
What it is not
It is not medical advice, and it gives no routine, plan or promised result. If you are coming back from an injury or surgery, your own care team decides what comes next.
How it works
It lives in Wellness & AI SKOOL, my community room. Join, open the Primary Foods class, go in order. You need a pen and a few minutes a page.
Where to go next
If you want help turning your own notes into something you can use with AI: Scribe Hands, $7.
You tell it which piece to publish. Scribe Hands posts it straight to your own account — no dashboard, no re-typing.
Most plans start with what to add. This one starts with which of the four feels thin.
